In this section we would like to sing the praises of all people who have contributed to the fibre arts using natural fibres; of course we would! Unfortunately, there are sooo many people to feature and just not enough hours in a day, days in a year or years in a lifespan to make a difference. But, even though my English teacher would have slapped my wrist for beginning a sentence with ‘but’, this sentence is worthy of that transgression, because we would like to feature as many people as we can in the months and years ahead. We are not defeatists!
If you would like to be featured amongst our artists, then please send a brief biography and a few photographs of your work and we will load you into the machine. Include a bit of meaty stuff about yourself, for instance: your favourite film, your worst habit, how much coffee you drink or the oldest out-of-date item you have in your fridge along with a glimpse of what it is you really get out of the fibre arts.
It might take while to get around to your feature, since too much – too soon, quickly gets old for readers of any blog.
Send features to llamasintheraw ‘at’ gmail ‘dot’ com and we’ll let you know we’ve received your application.
